Package Subscription Information
To gain access to the apps, please provide your email address at checkout or contact us via the website inbox after placing your order. Be sure to include your order ID so we can deliver the login credentials to you accordingly.
Typically we give login credentials in 5-10 minutes after ordering, however due to the high rise in orders it could take 24 hours no longer than 48 hours.
Yes, you may change the password if the account is not shared. However, for shared accounts, once the login credentials are provided, you are not allowed to change the password or any other account details. Since shared accounts are managed collectively, making such changes may result in permanent suspension. To see the list of shared accounts and personal accounts Tap here.
If for any reason the provided account is not working or you are unable to login, within 24 hours of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase.
