Your purchase grants you lifetime access to the specified digital products, meaning the duration of access is the anticipated lifetime of the service or product as offered by our platform. In the event a third-party service ceases operations, Productivitypals cannot be held responsible for maintaining access to that particular product.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Personal accounts and agree to notify us of any unauthorized access.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or accounts. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, changing passwords for shared accounts or deleting others’ accounts. Engaging in these actions will void your lifetime access.

Productivitypals reserves the right to modify or change these terms at any time, and we will notify you of significant changes.
Account Responsibility and Support
Productivitypals takes full responsibility for the accounts we provide. If an individual attempts to alter passwords or make unauthorized changes to shared accounts, they will be removed from access. In such cases, we will promptly provide a replacement account to ensure uninterrupted access for other users. Our team is committed to maintaining a seamless experience and enforcing fair usage of all shared accounts.
