1. Refunds
Due to the nature of lifetime access, we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase has been fulfilled and the customer is given the credentials.

2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances if the product or service is deemed inaccessible or unusable within the first 24 hours.
