What if someone changes the password of a shared account?
If someone changes the account password they will face permanent suspension, we will provide a replacement account to the other users in the same space immediately.
Can i share the accounts with Family/Friends?
We offer one account per purchase, therefore you cannot share accounts with family or friends unless they are from the list of personal accounts, courses or templates.
How will I receive my account?
Depending on your selection, we will provide an Invite link, Activation/download link with the full guide, or the Login Credentials via email or Productivity Pals Chat.
How can I refund?
